Delivery times and prices in writing before you pay

Every service has a starting price and a fixed delivery window. You see them in the summary before you confirm and find them again in the portal next to your request. If we're late by more than half the window through our own fault, you can ask for a refund of that delivery.

Will my client notice I didn't write the report myself?
They see your logo on the cover, your colors in the tables and your company name in the footer. Our name doesn't appear anywhere. The deck also comes as a PPTX, so you can change anything you like before you present it.
How much of my time does it take?
Just the time to fill in a form. Choose the service, enter your client's details and what you need, add your logo, colors and footer. You see the price, you pay and the work starts. The file arrives by email, already branded.
What if the report isn't good enough?
Every delivery includes one revision. Tell us what's wrong and you get the new version at no cost. If, even after the revision, something the service guarantees is still missing, we refund that delivery.
What happens to my clients' data?
We only use it for your request. We don't share it with anyone and we don't use it for other clients. Inputs and files stay in the portal for 90 days after delivery, then we delete them. If you prefer, you can delete them sooner from the portal.
