Terms of service

digitalworldvm.com produces reports, analyses and marketing content based on the inputs provided by the user through structured forms. It also sells digital products for creators through the shop.

For each service for agencies, we publish the required inputs, the guaranteed contents of the file and the delivery window. The service does not include personal consulting or implementation work.

The account is personal for creators and company-based for agencies. The account holder is responsible for how it is used and must keep their login details safe.

Anyone who enters third-party data in requests warrants that they are entitled to do so. We may suspend an account if it is used in breach of these terms or of the law, with notice by email.

The price of each output is calculated from the options chosen and is shown before confirmation. Prices for agencies exclude VAT; shop prices include VAT.

You can pay by card and the other methods offered by Stripe, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Online payments are handled by Stripe: payment details are entered on their pages and do not pass through our systems. Agencies with an active plan can use the included credits instead of paying.

Monthly plans are paid month by month: before the due date, we send by email the link to pay for the following month. There is no automatic renewal or charge and nothing to cancel: if the following month is not paid, the plan ends at the end of the month already paid. Credits not used in the month do not roll over. The Pilot is a one-off purchase, lasts 30 days and does not renew.

When a price is discounted, we show next to it the lowest price applied in the 30 days before the start of the discount. Promotions are valid for the period stated on the site.

Only one discount code can be used per order. Each code is valid under the conditions communicated with it, for example the expiry date, the products included or single use per email address.

For every payment, we issue an electronic invoice with the details entered at checkout or in the account.

Shop products are digital content delivered after payment, as soon as they are ready, with a link by email. At checkout, we ask you to confirm that you want to receive them immediately and that, once delivery begins, you lose the right of withdrawal, as provided by Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo, Legislative Decree 206/2005).

In addition, there is a voluntary commercial guarantee of 14 days, described in the refund policy. It does not limit the rights the law gives you.

The delivery window of each service starts from the confirmation of the request; for a service ordered with the order form, from the confirmation of payment. If a processing step is blocked for external reasons, for example a site that prevents its pages from being read, we report it in the portal or by email, and the request can be restarted from the interrupted step at no cost, or canceled with a refund.

Each output includes one revision, two with the Growth plan. The revision must be requested within 14 days of delivery, from the portal for agencies or from your account for custom shop products, with a note explaining what to change, within the limits of the original inputs. New inputs make up a new request.

Files delivered to agencies belong to the agency, which may edit them, present them to its own clients under its own brand and transfer them. digitalworldvm.com claims no rights over the content produced and does not reuse it for other clients.

Shop products are licensed for personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable use. They may not be resold, redistributed or included in other products for sale.

Content is produced from public sources and from the inputs provided, and may contain inaccuracies. The user checks the information before using it for business decisions and remains responsible for how it is used.

• Do not enter data you are not entitled to process, or special categories of data under Article 9 of the GDPR.
• Do not use the service to analyze sites with the aim of breaching their security or their terms.
• Do not attempt to access the systems of digitalworldvm.com or other people's accounts.
• Do not resell access to the portal to third parties outside your own agency.

We undertake to meet the published delivery windows. In the event of a delay attributable to us of more than 50% of the window, the agency can ask for a refund of the output. Our total liability to the user is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before the event, except where the law does not allow such limitations.

The service is provided with due professional diligence, but we do not guarantee business results from the use of the reports or products.

We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated by email 30 days in advance and, for plans, apply from the first month paid after the notice. Italian law applies. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence remain competent; for agencies, the courts of the place where the controller is based have jurisdiction.
