    The price updates as you choose options, with the delivery window right next to it. At checkout you enter your invoicing details and pay by card. The total is the one you saw in the form.

  3. The work starts right away, 4 to 96 hours

    As soon as payment is confirmed the request goes into production and moves through five steps, always the same. You see the status on the confirmation page, which updates itself, and in the portal if you have a plan.

    • Status saved at the end of every step
    • If a step gets stuck, work picks up from there and you don't pay again
    • The expected delivery is shown next to the status
    • You can close the page: the file still arrives by email

Can I get started on my own?
Yes. Open the form for the service you need, fill it in and pay. You don't need an account and there's no sales call first. If you prefer a plan, you start it at checkout and get the link to the portal by email right away.
How is the monthly plan paid?
Month by month, with a link. Before it expires we send you the link for the next month: no automatic charges and no renewal to cancel. If you want to stop, just don't pay for the next month and the plan ends at the end of the month you paid for. The Pilot is paid once.
When does the first report arrive?
The work starts as soon as payment is confirmed and stays within the service window, from 4-8 hours for a Pre-Sales brief to 72-96 hours for an Audit. The window is shown in the form before you pay.
Will my client see your name anywhere?
No. In the form you enter your agency name, a link to your logo, your colors, footer and tone. Every PDF, PPTX and ZIP comes out with that brand and no reference to digitalworldvm.com. On the same device your brand stays filled in for the next forms; with a plan you update it from the portal settings.
Can I see a report before I order?
On the For agencies and Services pages you'll find sample deliveries and the list of what every file always contains. If you want to try it for a small spend, a Pre-Sales brief starts at €59.
How does the revision work?
Every output includes one revision, two with the Growth plan. You request it from the portal, in the request details, with a note on what to change: you have portal access even if you ordered a single service. You get the new version at no cost and the previous file stays available to download.
Can I cancel a request?
Yes, while it's still in the queue, that is, before data collection starts. The work starts right after payment, so if you notice a mistake in the form, write to us as soon as you can. Once processing has started the request can't be canceled, because the work is already underway.
How does support work?
Reply to your order email or write to us from the Contact page, with your order number. We reply within 24 business hours. To change a delivered file, request the revision from the portal with a note: it's included.
Do I get an electronic invoice?
Yes, for every payment, with the details you enter at checkout or in the portal: VAT number and SDI code (Italian e-invoicing) or PEC address.
Can I repeat a request the following month?
Yes. With a plan you duplicate the delivered request from the portal and the form reopens already filled in. Without a plan, reopen the service form on the same device: your brand is already there and you only change the client's details.
Is my client's data safe?
We don't share it with anyone, we don't use it for other clients and we back it up every night. Inputs and files are deleted 90 days after delivery, or sooner if you delete them from the portal.
