Questions about pricing

Do I need to ask for a quote?

No. The price of each output comes from the options you choose, calculated the same way as the calculator above. You see it as you fill in the order form and you only pay when you're happy with it. No extra costs show up afterwards.

How do I pay?

At checkout, by card. Payment happens on the payment provider's pages, so your card details never pass through us. The monthly plan is paid month by month: before it expires we send you the link for the next month. No automatic charges and no renewal to cancel.

What happens when I run out of plan credits?

You keep ordering. Every output beyond your credits is charged at list price with your plan's discount, 10% with Starter and 20% with Growth. Credits you don't use in a month don't roll over to the next.

Can I change plans or stop?

Yes. The plan doesn't renew on its own: to stop, just don't pay for next month. No cancellation notice or penalties, and the plan ends at the end of the month you paid for. To change plans, you pay for the new one next month. If you need more volume sooner, write to us from the portal.

What if the Pilot isn't right for me?

If you change your mind before starting a request, we refund everything. After that, the Pilot simply ends after 30 days and doesn't turn into a subscription.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, an electronic invoice for every payment, with the details you enter at checkout or in the portal: VAT number and SDI code (Italian e-invoicing) or PEC address. Prices exclude VAT.
